DRAFT — not for publication. This is a factual outline of what the MemberMine app actually does with data, written so a qualified reviewer has something concrete to work from. It is not legal advice and is not a finished policy. It must be reviewed and completed by someone qualified — including the jurisdiction, legal entity name, data controller details, retention periods, GDPR/CCPA rights language and the lawful basis for processing — before this page goes live or is submitted to an app store. Remove this notice and the noindex tag at that point.

Privacy Policy

Draft — last revised 3 September 2026

Who we are

[TO COMPLETE: legal entity name, registered address, jurisdiction, and the contact point for data protection enquiries.] For anything privacy-related in the meantime, email privacy@membermine.com.

Two kinds of data, and who is responsible for each

MemberMine is used by businesses to manage their own members, so there are two distinct relationships:

[TO COMPLETE: express this in the controller/processor terms your jurisdiction requires, and cover it properly in a Data Processing Addendum for business customers.]

What we collect

What we don't do

Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of third parties to run the service. Each processes data only to provide their part of it:

[TO COMPLETE: hosting regions, international transfer mechanism, and links to each provider's own privacy terms.]

How long we keep it

[TO COMPLETE: retention periods for accounts, business data after cancellation, backups, and logs.]

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@membermine.com from the address on your account.

[TO COMPLETE: the full statutory rights list for each jurisdiction served, response timeframes, and how to complain to a supervisory authority.]

Children

Some businesses using MemberMine teach children, so a business may hold records about a minor entered by a parent or by the business itself.

[TO COMPLETE: minimum age for holding an account, parental consent handling, and COPPA position if operating in the US. This one genuinely needs specialist review — several likely customer types teach children.]

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
