Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between
[TO COMPLETE: legal entity, jurisdiction, governing law, and the distinction between the business customer who subscribes and the individual members who use the app under that business.]
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
3. Subscriptions, trials and billing
Current intended commercial terms, to be formalised:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- New business accounts get a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it, and the first charge is taken at the end of the trial unless cancelled before then.
- Plans are priced by the number of communities a business runs, not by member count.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- If payment fails, we follow our payment processor's retry schedule. Accounts that remain unpaid at the end of that process are suspended until payment succeeds.

4. What a business is responsible for
Businesses using MemberMine decide what member information they collect and why, and are responsible for having a proper basis to collect it and for how they use it.

5. Acceptable use
Don't use MemberMine to send unlawful, harassing or deceptive content, to break into things, or to interfere with the service for other people.
6. Your content and your data
Content you put into MemberMine stays yours. We store and process it in order to run the service for you. You can export or request deletion of your data.
7. Availability

8. Suspension and termination
