DRAFT — not for publication. This is a skeleton of the commercial terms as currently intended, so a qualified reviewer has something concrete to work from. It is not legal advice and is not an enforceable agreement. It must be drafted properly by someone qualified before this page goes live or is submitted to an app store. Remove this notice and the noindex tag at that point.

Terms of Service

Draft — last revised 3 September 2026

1. Who these terms are between

[TO COMPLETE: legal entity, jurisdiction, governing law, and the distinction between the business customer who subscribes and the individual members who use the app under that business.]

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Current intended commercial terms, to be formalised:

[TO COMPLETE: refund policy, price-change notice period, the "early-adopter price locked" commitment made on the landing page — which must be honoured or removed — tax handling, and consumer cancellation rights where applicable.]

4. What a business is responsible for

Businesses using MemberMine decide what member information they collect and why, and are responsible for having a proper basis to collect it and for how they use it.

[TO COMPLETE: acceptable use, the business's obligations to its own members, and a Data Processing Addendum.]

5. Acceptable use

Don't use MemberMine to send unlawful, harassing or deceptive content, to break into things, or to interfere with the service for other people.

6. Your content and your data

Content you put into MemberMine stays yours. We store and process it in order to run the service for you. You can export or request deletion of your data.

7. Availability

[TO COMPLETE: service-level position, planned maintenance, and the absence or presence of any uptime commitment.]

8. Suspension and termination

[TO COMPLETE: grounds for suspension, notice, and what happens to business data after termination — including the retention window before deletion.]

9. Liability

[TO COMPLETE: warranties, disclaimers and limitation of liability. Must be drafted by a lawyer — a wrong clause here is the expensive kind.]

10. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we'll give notice in the app before it takes effect.
